Online language school

Danish language education 1, 2, and 3 each correspond to 1-2 years of full-time study.

Many students choose to complete the program while working or engaging in other activities, which often extends the duration.

The education can be completed over a period of up to 5 years.

There are ongoing start dates for the program. This means you can begin whenever it suits you.

You study online on your computer. You can sit at home, in an office, or be on the go – it’s up to you.

You will be taught by our skilled teachers from our language center in Jammerbugt Municipality. The address is Teknologiparken 1, 9440 Aabybro.

Danish language education is an offer for newly arrived foreigners who are at least 18 years old and have:

• A residence permit or permanent, legal residence in Denmark and a registered address in a municipality.

Or

• Permanent residence under EU rules and residence in a municipality. Additionally, the danish language education is available to EU border commuters who work or have a business in Denmark but have their permanent residence outside the country's borders.

The Danish language education is free for most people, but for some, a deposit of 2,000 DKK applies.

If you are self-supporting or if your right to education has expired, you will need to pay a deposit of 2,000 DKK before you can start with us. You are considered self-supporting if you work or study in Denmark, and your right to education has expired if you have lived in Denmark for more than 5 years.

If you are in Denmark as a refugee, family reunified, or an au pair, you do not need to pay a deposit.
